Horoma3 positions itself as the number one media buying agency in the country
Horoma3, the only wholly local media buying agency, secured the number one position in its first year of operations, surpassing other media buying agencies in Puerto Rico. According to Nielsen’s measured-rate billing data for the period from January to December 2015, the results showed $184.1 million in advertising investment in Puerto Rico under the alliance.
The union of SajoMcCann, De La Cruz & Asociados, and Lopito Ileana & Howie Inc. made Horoma3 the largest agency in media negotiation and buying in the Puerto Rican market, surpassing Grupo M, Omnicom, and Publicis.
“This position is critical for our industry because the profits from this operation remain 100% in Puerto Rico, contributing to the local economy that needs it so much.”
Horoma3’s mission is to gain a deeper understanding of the local market through effective media planning and negotiation, ultimately benefiting its clients.
“This mission is validated by the fact that, being 100% local, Horoma3 responds solely to the interests of its clients and not to a global corporate network. It is worth noting that the majority of Horoma3’s client portfolio consists of large intercontinental corporations that specifically seek local expertise and objectivity.”
Horoma3 offers extensive knowledge thanks to specialized talent in areas including Banking, Insurance, Health and Wellness, Retail, Consumer Products, Technology, Communications, Digital, the Puerto Rican Diaspora, Content Development, and Multi-market campaigns, among others.
In the digital field, Horoma3 has staff certified by Google, Meta, Aleph, and other prominent organizations. The use of media measurement, market, and consumer data tools such as Ipsos, Nielsen, Arbitron, Scarborough, Comscore, Meltwater, and Bunker, among others, further enhances their expertise.
Horoma3 was founded in 2015 as a media operation resulting from the merger of the media departments of the three largest independent agencies in the country: SajoMcCann, Lopito Ileana & Howie, Inc., and De La Cruz & Asociados.
